Is it safe?
Your safety is our main concern. That is why we take great care in our initial consultation to ensure that we provide the most fitting management program based on our findings. Should your problem be something that is not within our scope of practice, we will redirect you to the appropriate specialty or medical professional. There are very few known side effects when practiced by a fully qualified practitioner of traditional acupuncture. Any minor side effects that do occur, such as dizziness or bruising, are mild and self-correcting.

What is Acupuncture History?
Acupuncture is a system of medicine developed over thousands of years to restore, promote, and maintain good health. It has a clearly recorded history of about 2,000 years although it is thought that it has been practiced in China and other Eastern cultures for some 4000 years. There are even some suggestions that acupuncture was used during the Stone Age using sharp edges tools.
